We were challenged to build a strategy to move their brand away from being seen as a small mom and pop shop and to realign Indiepay as the leading production accounting software for all productions.
This technology start-up came to us with a vision, a name and little else. Alignkraft was brought in very early for a comprehensive brand consultation. We worked with Novus in their infancy to develop crucial launch strategies, touching on everything from branding, positioning and messaging to pricing, product offerings and sales.
We faced an aggressive timeline to launch the Novus brand with the goal of landing initial investment so they could expand their team to acquire the right people essential to growing the company. Having no branding or marketing materials to start with, Alignkraft looked to industry research and analytical data to develop targeted strategies to propel Novus forward.
We faced the task of building a brand from the ground up within a landscape that had never seen a product like that which Hivalgo offered.
Alignkraft partnered with Hivalgo in its infancy as the company was getting ready to introduce a brand new digital marketplace for trading speciality agricultural commodities which did not exist at the time. The product was not finished and the company did not yet have a client base, so we worked hand in hand with Hivalgo consulting on all aspects of business including messaging, positioning, marketing, sales and long-term strategy. The ultimate goal was to position Hivalgo to capture its initial round of investment and customers.
